2. Watching the video. MyWonder TV, for the most part, is actually a web browser contained within the application (with custom scripting to ease the browsing and viewing experience). When users selected a channel and start browsing, searching and viewing the video, they are actually visiting the respective website (aka channel) underneath.
These websites, should they comply Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and/or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and/or any region specific data and/or privacy policy related regulation, MyWonder TV have no control over or knowledge of what information they collect, how they use those data and whom those data they give/send to.
Some of these websites also redirect to different websites for their video content (and/or ad) serving purpose, and MyWonder TV has to serve these pages since it is the sole purpose (playing the video) of this application.

3. Ad Serving. MyWonder TV, as a free application, contains various advertisements provided by different advertising networks. Although MyWonder TV could configure some of the ad settings, from MyWonder TV application point of view, whether the ad networks actually collect, use, and/or distribute information received from the application (the part where the ad is served), are completely governed and controlled by the ad networks themselves. (MyWonder TV had turned off the ability to serve personalized ad at this moment.)
